Licences
These pages serve other people’s work, and each of the licences involved asks for the same small thing: that the copyright notice and the licence travel with the code. A minified bundle gives them neither, so this page does it instead.
The font obligation is the one that looks as though it does not apply. The typefaces are imported through next/font, which downloads them at build time and serves them from this domain, which is the point of it, and also what makes this site a distributor of font software rather than a page linking to Google’s. Every notice below was read from the upstream project’s own licence file rather than reconstructed from a package name.

Downloaded at build time and served from this domain. None of the three declares a Reserved Font Name, which is what makes subsetting them unproblematic.

Licence texts
None of the packages above ships a NOTICE file, which matters only for Apache-2.0: its §4(d), the clause with teeth, requires an upstream notice to be reproduced where one exists. It does not here, so §4(d) is satisfied vacuously, and §4(a)–(b) are satisfied by serving the licence text. Worth re-checking after a major upgrade of pdf.js.
Back to the legal notice.
